Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using Driftprint you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Driftprint
Driftprint LLC ("Driftprint," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company and an AI-powered art generation and print-on-demand service operating at getdriftprint.com. We enable customers to create custom artwork using artificial intelligence and order professional-quality physical prints.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Driftprint. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. AI Features
Art generation: You provide a text prompt or photo, and our AI (powered by OpenAI's DALL-E) generates a unique image based on your description. Each generation is one-of-a-kind.
Room Match: The Room Match feature allows you to upload a photo of your room and receive AI-generated artwork suggestions tailored to your space. Room photos are processed by OpenAI's vision API and are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
Content guidelines: You agree not to request artwork that:
- Depicts real, identifiable individuals without their consent
- Contains explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or hate speech
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Ownership: Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate through Driftprint for your personal and commercial use. We retain no ownership claim over your generated artwork. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party rights.
AI limitations: AI-generated images may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that every prompt will yield a specific outcome. Refunds are available only for print quality issues, not for AI output you find unsatisfactory after ordering.
4. Orders & Pricing
Placing an order: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged when your order is confirmed.
Print-on-demand: Each print is custom-made to order and goes into production immediately after your order is confirmed. This is why we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed (see Section 7).
5. Production & Shipping
Production time: Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. This timeline may be longer during peak periods.
Shipping: We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner Printful. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada / Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Driftprint is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Free shipping: Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping to US addresses. Other promotions are as stated on the site at time of order.
6. Print Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund. To request a remedy:
- Email hello@getdriftprint.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will respond within 2 business days
7. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: Because every print is made to order, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered production (typically within 1 hour of ordering). If you need to cancel within this window, contact us immediately at hello@getdriftprint.com.
Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is unique and custom-made. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
Our platform: The Driftprint website, brand, logo, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you create and the images generated from them. By using Driftprint, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your generated images for the purpose of processing your order and improving our service.
Third-party rights: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.). Driftprint is not liable for any infringement resulting from your submitted content.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Driftprint to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or AI models
- Use automated bots to place orders or generate images at scale
- Resell access to our AI generation service to third parties
We reserve the right to suspend accounts and cancel orders that violate these terms without notice or refund.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Driftprint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driftprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Accounts & Saved Drafts
Account creation: You may create a free account using a magic link sent to your email address. No password is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
Saved drafts: Authenticated users can save artwork drafts to their account for later. Drafts are stored on our servers and can be deleted by you at any time from your account page. Deleted drafts are permanently removed from our systems.
Order history: Completed orders are linked to your account and visible in your account page. You may permanently delete an order record from your account at any time. Deletion removes the record and associated image from our storage. Note that we may retain minimal records for tax and legal compliance purposes even after deletion.
Account deletion: To fully delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@getdriftprint.com with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
14. Email Promotions
If you voluntarily provide your email address via our promotional signup form, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Driftprint, including promo codes, new style announcements, and product updates.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at hello@getdriftprint.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, login links) are not affected by unsubscribing from marketing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of Driftprint after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
